Cambridge based Josero is a distributor of alternative professional inks and spare parts in the UK, and in the past year has expanded its product range to include superwide format printers, laminators and various finishing products.

Objectives:
Josero’s objectives were to build the company profile within the UK inkjet market and become a recognisable and respected brand name within this market.

Solution:
When we kicked off the marketing for Josero in June 2009, they were relatively unknown within the professional inkjet world. However, Triangle inks, who Josero are the master distributor for, are a huge worldwide name in the market.  By associating Josero with Triangle inks and promoting the two brands together in the UK, the Josero brand started to become well known within the market and Josero started to build its own reputation and credibility in the inkjet market.

Zebra Colour helped Josero develop press releases, case studies, advertising campaigns and newsletters, as well as develop the design, structure and content of the website (www.josero.com) and now manage the site content on an on-going basis.

Achievements:
The press releases we produce and send out at least once a month virtually always get featured in the trade magazines and online on the relevant websites. Our published articles are the equivalent of nearly £75,000 of advertising coverage achieved by our skill and expertise. How is that for some free PR? It is a demonstration of Zebra Colour’s ability to build excellent relationships and thus ensure maximum coverage for its clients in the trade press.

Not only that, Josero now regularly get asked by editors of trade magazines to comment on inkjet issues, as the “experts” in the market.
